Bowie Resources Limited <br />Bowie No. 2 Mine <br />Hydrologic Monitoring Data (1995 - 2002) Monitoring Point Descriptions <br /> <br />`J <br />L.J <br />Surface Water Monitoring Stations: STREAMS:AND DITCHES: <br />monitoring Point Table Number 55 <br />A-Gulch•lo Drainage System Located in Section 15 <br />The Lower A Gulch monitoring point is located approximately 2,000' southwest of the mine in an Oak Brush Stand <br />entrance, on the north side of Old State Highway 133. <br />Monitoring Point Table Number 56 <br />B-Gulch-lo Drainage System Located in Section 15 <br />The Lower B Gulch Monitoring point is just above Sediment Pond B. All Flows in this Gulch flow in a Valley Floor <br />into this Sediment Pond. This point exhibited no flows before the construction of the mine. The <br />mine construction and now the mine operation provide flow to this gulch. <br />Monitoring Point Table Number 57 <br />B-Gulch-up Drainage System Located in Section 10 <br /> in an Oak Brush Stand <br />The Upper B Gulch monitoring point is located approximately 1,000'southwest of the Bowie No. <br />2 Mine portals, outside of the disturbed area boundary. <br />Monitoring Point Table Number 58 <br />C-1 North Fork -Drainage System Located in Section 2 <br />The C - 1 monitoring point is a Culvert under the Union Pacifc Railroad. It is located 40 feet in a Valley Floor <br />northeast of the Terror Creek Loadout mainline switch. <br />Monitoring Point Table Number 59 <br />C-2 North Fork -Drainage System Located in Section 2 <br />The C - 2 monitoring point is a Culvert under the Union Pacific Railroad. It is located 2440 feet <br />in a Valley Floor <br />northeast of the C - 1 culvert. <br />Monitoring Point Table Number 60 <br />C-3 North Fork -Drainage System Located in Section 2 <br /> <br />The C - 3 monitoring point is a Culvert under the Union Pacific Railroad. It is located 250 feet in a Valley Floor <br />northeast of the C - 2 culvert. <br />Monitoring Point Table Number 61 <br />C-4 North Fork -Drainage System Located in Section 2 <br /> in a Valley Floor <br />The C - 4 monitoring paint is a Culvert under the Union Pacific Railroad. It is located 600 feet <br />southwest of the intersection with Old Highway 133.. <br />Monitoring Point Table Number 62 <br />C-Gulch-lo Drainage System Located in Section 15 <br /> <br />The Lower C Gulch monitoring point is just above Sediment Pond C. All C Gulch flow is in a Valley Floor <br />contained in Pond C. This point exhibited no flows before the construction of the mine. C Gulch directs all <br />stormwater to Sediment Pond C. <br />Monitoring Point Table Number 64 <br />D2-1 Sheep Corral Drainage System Located in Section 2 <br /> in a Valley Floor <br />The D2-1 monitoring point is the lower extreme of Sheep Corral Gulch.
