It is a sediment control <br />facility receiving runoff from the refuse disposal area. The primary discharge gate has been disabled <br />in the open position, ensuring that the pond functions as a "pass-through" facility. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover. <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: <br />3). Is wave action causing erosion: <br />On the Upstream embankment? <br />At the principal spillway inlet? <br />4).
