northernmost three miles of the haul road alignment (Roetd AI from the proposed intersection with <br />County Road 27 crosses gently sloping to moderately steep natural slopes which are intersected by <br />several intermittent drainages. The land has generally been in use for agricultural purposes of livestock <br />grazing and non-irrigated farming and was generally vegt:tated either with planted grain or natural <br />grasses, weeds, and sagebrush. The area is intersected try a number of two track, unimproved dirt <br />roads. Access will be maintained for those people who utilize these dirt roads. One particular <br />intersection occurs at Station 74+25 of Road A and Routt County Road 51 D. A 24" culvert YA-5A <br />was installed on the west side of Road A to allow for drainage on the north side of RCR51 D to flow <br />underneath the county road and continue on to culvert YA.-5.
