Comments also describe any enforcementactionslaken during.the:inspection .. , <br />and the facts or evidence supporting.the enforcement action... _. .:.., .. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Yoast Mine conducted by Harry Ranney of the DMG. Aerial <br />photographs were taken on February 25, 2004. The aerial photos were reviewed by Mike Boulay <br />of the DMG. Weather conditions were cloudy at the time of the flight. The majority of the mine <br />~o y~~. site was heavily covered in snow. No significant activity was noted at the site, during the aerial <br />inspection. <br />Haul~Roads ' <br />Hau] Roads A, B and D were viewed. Road ditches and road drainage runouts were snow <br />covered. Haul Roads A and B were mostly free of snow and appear to have been recently <br />graded: The site was generally well maintained and no problems were noted with this aerial <br />r <br />inspection of the mine. <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />Sedimentation Ponds 010; 012, 013, and 014 were viewed All'of: ese sedimentation ponds <br />were retaining water But none of~these ponds were dischargiiig a~`e time of the flight. The '~-` <br />pond surfaces all appeaz to be frozen.
