<br />Exhibit F Local Government Approval <br />This gravel pit operated by the Sedgwick County Highway Dept., on <br />9.9 acres of the East half of Section 30, Township 12 North Range <br />42 West of the 6th P.M. is a permitted use in Sedgwick County and <br />meets all current Sedqwick County Zoning Regulations. <br />The Colorado Department of Health does not require a storm water <br />or a air pollution permit. Under 70,000 tons of material will be <br />removed annually. <br />
