<br />Exhibit D - Reclamation Plan <br />The pit area will be returned to rangeland subsequent to the <br />exhaustion of the gravel supply. Native grasses, as recommended <br />by the Soil Convervation Service will be seeded. All slopes will <br />be left at no greater slope than 4:1. There ere no ponds, roads <br />or buildings to remain after mining. Average thickness of 9 to 6 <br />inches of top soil will be redistributed. The site will be disced <br />after the top soil has been redistributed. The Soil conservation <br />Service recommends planting between November 1 end April 30 using <br />the following mixture of seeds. <br />PLS rates per acre Total of 9.9 Acres <br />2.5 Switchgrass <br />4.5 Sideoats Gramme <br />8 Westernwheat Grass <br />Grass will be seeded at a depth of 1/4 to 3/4 of an inch. <br />
