M-2006-081; A equacy Review - <br />Listed below are the additional items and information we requested in order to complete our <br />adequacy review on the Big "G" Gravel Pit, New 112 Application, Permit No. M-2006-081. The <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) is required to make an approval or <br />denial decision no later than March 19, 2007, therefore, your response to the following adequacy <br />review concerns should be submitted to the Division as soon as possible. Your response should <br />include two (2) copies. Any public comments that we receive on your application during the <br />interim will be forwarded to you. <br />Rule 6.4.4 Exhibit D-Mining Plan <br />It was stated that the operator would set up an on-site processing station. Please provide <br />the following details regarding the proposed station(s): <br />a. What is the nature of the structure -will the processing station be an <br />asphalt hot mix plant, a concrete batch plant, or will there be multiple <br />processing stations onsite? <br />b. Is (aze) the plant(s) on site to be permanent structures (with a foundation), <br />or are they to be in place temporarily? <br />c. Will the use of water for the operation of this (these) facility(ies) be <br />necessary? If so, in what quantities and from what source? <br />2. Please provide the source of the water to be used for dust suppression. <br />Rule 6.4.5 Exhibit E- Reclamation Plan <br />3. Please provide anticipated quantity (cubic yards) of topsoil on-site at all times. <br />4.
