M-80-170 <br />and M-80-171 <br />Dear Mr, Dismant: <br />We have received your letter informing us of your desire to transfer the two <br />permits for the above captioned mining operations from Federal Resources <br />Corporation to you. The following package of completed forms for each <br />operation will be reouired for the Mined Land Reclamation Board to consider <br />these transfer requests: <br />1) A "Reouest for Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession of <br />Operators"; <br />2) A "Performance Warranty" (signed committment to accomplish <br />reclamation); <br />3) A "Financial Warranty" (perhaps already accomplished by riders to <br />the existing bonds transferring them to you); and <br />4) Administrative information about you as new operator filled in on <br />page 2 of the 110 application form (as marked on enclosed 110 form), <br />I have enclosed blank copies of these forms for your use in this regard. <br />Once we have received complete packages for each of these mining operations, <br />our Board can consider the permit transfer reouests during its next regulary <br />scheduled meeting. <br />If you have any Questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~^~~~ J <br />Mark S.
