Section 3~-32-110(4) of the Colorado hfined Land .Reclamation act requires that
. the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversa n~ date of the
permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue `lining Operations. The Alotice
of Zntent~shall contain an annual fee of $50.00 and a man or statement
that shall indicate: (a) the Land affected during previous year;
(b) the land to bn_ affected durinc the coming uear; and (c) any land
reclaimed during the preceding uear."
Based upon our records, the anniversary cote o.` uour operation is tt;irch 75

are due on that date.
If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon a~
possible; otherwise, we will e.rpect to receive the annual roes as required by
