October 29, 1997
• AGILE STONE SYSTEMS, INC.
GLAB RESIDENCE
24 MEADOWDALE LANE
PARI~ALE, COLORADO
OCTOBER 16, 1997
Purpose
This investigation was conducted to document the existing condition of the Glab residence
at 24 Meadowdale Lane, Parkdale, Colorado.
Procedure
Present at the inspection were Mr. Gordon Glab (owner and occupier), Phil Musial and
Ben Carroll (both of Vibra-Tech Engineers). The inspection consisted of examination of
the residential exterior and basement interior. Mr. Glab stated, "the interior is fine and
doesn't need inspected". The residence is approximately 1 year old.
The condition of the inspected sections of the structures may change after the date of
inspection due to many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, actions taken by the owner,
or the passage of time. This report deals with the condition of the structures at the time of
inspection.
The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the structures
that were readily accessible and could be visually inspected from the ground. No
inspection was made in areas obstructed, concealed, closed off; or in any area which
required dismantling, removal or movement of any object.
Photographs are attached to the rear of this report.
Roll #1
Basement and Garage Interior
Photo #1) Northeast corner of basement floor and foundation wall -typical concrete crack
and separation between the floor and walls.
Photo #2) East side basement window -concrete crack emanating from the bottom left
corner of window frame.
•
