Shape the pit floor as shown on the drawings to provide for positive <br />drainage, disperse runoff, and avoid direct sedimentation into <br />adjacent draws. <br />2. Shape cutslopes, fillslopes, embankments, and other areas to minimize <br />erosion. <br />3. Submit an annual fee and report including maps describing acreage <br />affected and reclaimed to dote (if there are changes from the <br />previous year). C.R.S. 34- 32- 116(3)(a). <br />4. Spray noxious weeds that become established within the project area <br />with an approved herbicide. <br />5. Seed topsoil stockpile during first seeding season following each entry <br />with certified noxious weed —free hay seed mix described below. <br />6. Comply with state and federal water quality laws and regulations. <br />FINAL: <br />1. Replace overburden and waste materials and ensure adequate compaction. <br />2. All backfilling and grading sholl be completed as soon as feasible after <br />the mining process. <br />3. Shope and finish cutslopes, fillslopes, embankments, and other areas to <br />be seeded as shown on the drawings, and to blend with the natural <br />contours of the area. <br />4. When necessary, the area shall be scarified or otherwise worked so <br />that the surface is loose to a depth of at least one inch. <br />5. Seed area during the first seeding season following final excavation by <br />spraying or hand broadcasting certified noxious weed —free seed only <br />over all exposed soil on cut and fill slopes. <br />Seed mix shall be as follows: <br />Species Percent of Mix #PLS /Acre <br />Western wheotgross 25 16.0 <br />Bluebunch wheotgross 25 14.0 <br />Needle —and— thread 25 15.0 <br />Indian ricegross 25 12,5 <br />6.
