Since I have been able to complete this . <br />review as early as this, I will reschedule this application for the April <br />27-28, 1983 Board meetiny. Please try to respond to this letter at your <br />earliest convenience, however. In this way, we will not have a problem <br />of unanswered questions right before the Board meetiny, due to the <br />somewhat compressed nature of the review period. <br />As usual, my comments are organized on an exhibit-by-exhibit basis, and <br />any exhibits or parts thereof not mentioned are considered adequate now. <br />ExFtibit A <br />The legal description of the permit area should be broken down to the <br />individual quarter quarter sections affected. <br />Exhibit C <br />1. There is no consistent permit area boundary from the pre-rnininy to <br />the rnininy plan to the recla~nation plan map. The application is for <br />8U acres of disturbed land. The maps were obviously all drawn <br />originally with a larger area in mind which was then rut back. All <br />of the maps should have the same 8U-acre permit area clearly outlined. <br />2. The haul road appears to exit to Black Forest Road. However, it <br />\ ; appears that a 650' length of the haul road lies outside of what <br />X appears to be the permit area.
