My property addresses are 20993 and <br />20997 Snowdrift Road. I also own, manage & work the 2.5 <br />acre vineyard south of and adjacent to the Benson property. <br />RECEIVED After careful review and study of the Benson's permit <br />application form and the attachments, I find several areas where <br />'JpN p g ~ the information provided by the Bensons is incomplete, <br />misleading and false. <br />oM.Ioau+Mr~.sOwlr <br />From the very get-go, the brief description of the existing land <br />use & general character of the land within one half mile of the <br />outside boundries of the subject property is misleading and <br />false. The permit indicates that the surrounding land is pinion, <br />juniper, sage rangeland with some pasture land in flatter areas to <br />the south and west where there are some small ranches. <br />Actually this is a very rapidly growing residential community in <br />all directions from the Benson's property. <br />Please reference the attached pictures taken from the top of the <br />Rollins Cliffs. There are 3 properties adjacent to and directly <br />under the south boarder of the Bensons property with many <br />surrounding residences. In order to further emphasize the <br />residential community to the south, I have identified all <br />buildings and their square footage on the attached map. I have <br />also identified the 2.5 acre commercial vineyazd that has not <br />been recognized in the permit application. <br />
