No permit limitation exceedences occurred during the period.
Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were conducted for Outfall 001 the week of May 15, 2000. This site passed for
both species, with "Concentrations with Statistically Significant Difference in Lethality" reported at 100% for P. Promelas and
>100% for C. Dubia. Copies of the CDPS W ET Test Report Forms for both species are included with this submittal.
The WET tests conducted this quarter required extra visits to this site, thus producing additional field parameter values which
were calculated into the statistics reported on the DMRs.
Outfall 001 is being tested for Hardness in addition to the required parameters. A copy of those results is included in this
submittal.
Please contact me at (970) 870-2750 for any further questions or additional information
Twentymile Coal Com~pa/ny
Stephen L.
