In response to Mr. Weber's comments, the number and costs for the planting of <br />willow and cottonwood trees in disturbed areas along the river's banks and along <br />the County's proposed trail corridor. Unless I hear differently, these plantings will <br />be included in Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan and in the costs included in Exhibit <br />L- Reclamation Costs. <br />24. Representative Soil Cores on the western portion of the property. In both cases <br />they show the depth to shale averages 30± feet. The reports also shows a <br />minimum of 1' of topsoil/overburden throughout the site. Thus there is more <br />than enough material to supply 6"-12" of soil material for revegetation of the <br />reservoir's banks. Please regard this information as confidential. <br />~jaaz <br />
