At this point we feel that we
have adequately cleaned the Creek banks. There are minor amounts of coal
still visible but our plan was to remove the majority of the coal. The work
outstanding for the completion of the project is the reclamation and the removal
of an access road. The road will be taken care of this spring. The reclamation
(planting willows) can be done this spring or can be held off until after high
spring run-off , which ever the Division would rather. An on site inspection
is requested of the Division but cannot be adequately done until more snow has
melted.
If there any further questi ons please feel free to contact me.
Yours truly,
Larry M.
