<br />W I T N E S S E T H
<br />• WHEREAS, Garfield County desires to conduct a(n) open ,~~II

<br />cation, a'reclamation plan and map, and the required'fyee, as required by law; and
<br />WHEREAS, on November 22 19 78, the Mined Land Reclamation Board approved
<br />Garfield County application and set bond; and •.
<br />'.~ WHEREAS, on• November 22 , 19 78, Che Mined Land Reclamation Board accepted surety
<br />9ubmitced by••C9rfield County and such date shall be considered the
<br />date of issuance of the permit and the anniversary date for all other purposes ;. and
<br />WHEREAS ,. the•tllned Land .Reclamation Hoard has made a finding, for the purposes
<br />••of~lsauing thig~perait, that:
<br />1) itie•application complies with the requirements of the Colorado'.' •
<br />:"Sned Land Reclamation Aet and all applicable local, state and
<br />Federal laws; and,
<br />2) the operation will not adversely affect the stability of any •
<br />significant, valuable, and permanent man-made structures located.
