OMLLC considered
the July sample to be an anomaly and not representative of the historic nature of the
dischazges from this point.
For the Division's information, the analytical results from subsequent discharge point 011
samples are consistent with our contention that the July 2002 discharge was, indeed, an
anomaly. On August 19, 2002 the sampled TSS was 15 mg/1. On September .16,.2002. ..
the sampled TSS was <5 mg/1. On October 24, 2002 the sampled TSS was 10 mg/1. On
November 6, 2002 the sampled TSS was <Smg/].
OMLLC will summarize the data and include it in the 4`h Quarter DMR.
If you have any questions or comments concerning this matter, please contact me at (970)
929-5806.
Sincerely,
i- Cwv -~i (.i . ki ~fi1
`3 es A.
