NICKELL, by CLAYZUN RUSSELL NICKELL acting under Pacer of <br />Attorney, and as agent for Neoma Knight, Iris Riley, Russell Nickell, Dorothy <br />Nagel, Donna Smiley, Joyce Riley, Jerry Nickell, Lynne Randolph, Lazry <br />Nickell, Debra Lange Vermette, Michael Ventura, aixl Terri Pageler, being the <br />owner of the surface of the following~lescribed real property, hereby <br />acknowledge the authority of Washington County, Colorado, its servants, <br />agents and employees, to enter upon the following-described real property for <br />the purpose of extracting gravel: <br />A parcel of land in the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 5 <br />South, Range 55 West of the 6th P.M., County of Washington, State of <br />Colorado, being more particularly described as follavs: <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 30 and considering <br />the west line of said Section 30 to bear north 00° 00' 00" west and all <br />bearings contained herein relative thereto; thence north 00° 00' 00" <br />west along said west line a distance of 1445 plus or minus feet; thence <br />south 90° 00' 00" east a distance of 2814 plus or minus feet to the <br />point of beg~nn;ng; thence on the six following courses: north O5° 49' <br />28" west a distance of 664.91 feet; thence north 75° 19' 71" east a <br />distance of 369.63 feet; thence south 16° 18' S6" east a distance of <br />695.06 feet; thence south 32° 30' 42" west a distance of 433.07 feet; <br />thence north 42° 36' 04" west a distance of 251.26 feet; thence north <br />41° 49' 47" west a distance of 61.85 feet, back to the point of <br />~3~~4 <br />Above-described parcel contains 8.51 acres of land, more or less <br />The access road as shave on the attached map contains 0.91 acres of <br />land, more or less. A total of 9.42 acres of land aze affected by this <br />gravel-pit operation <br />Such authorization will extend until such landowner gives written <br />notification to the Board of County Coirtnissioners of Washington County, <br />Colorado, that same has been revoked. <br />DATID this 12th day of May, 1994. <br />
