In
addition, these inspections are to be completed by a qualified,
registered, professional engineer or a qualified individual under
their direction to assure structural integrity, erosional
maintenance, and other hazardous conditions.
Donald MacDonald, the Operations Manager at Keenesburg, is
experienced in the construction and maintenance of sediment ponds
and impoundments. He will examine or inspect the following
sY.ructures; sediment pond #2, sewage lay-oon, and dugout for the
pertinent compliance data quarterly. If a potentially hazardous
condition exists, I will be contacted and both Don and I will
inspect the structure at question. We will then promptly inform
the Division of the finds and of the emergency procedures
formulated for public protection and remedial action.
If you have any questions, please call Don MacDonald at 277-3955
or me at 277-2396.
Respectfully,
COORS ENERGY COMPANY
Steven S.
