If you plan to conduct a mining <br />pperation which meets these criteria, please follow the instructions provided in this <br />package, is the Mineral Rules and Regulations, and is the Mined Laad Reclamation Act as <br />required. Please see Rule 1.1(12) for the definition of "Designated Mining" operation. <br />TILING REODZREMENTS: <br />lie Mineral Rules and Regulations (the Mined Land Reclamation Act, Section 34-32-101, <br />et se ., C.R.S., and 2 CCR 407-1) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the <br />'Board") regulate the permitting, operational and reclamation requirements for all <br />Lon-coal mining operations is Colorado. It is your obligation to comply with the Act and <br />regulations.
