No pemut limitation exceedence occurred during this period. Also enclosed are yuarterly WET <br />reports for the period from July 1, 1999 through September 30.1999. One pem»t limitation exceedence ¢ noted <br />in the WET results. <br />Outfall 005 discharged during only two weeks of September, which reflects as a shonage in the'freyuency of ;m alysis' <br />for reported parameters. <br />Outfalls 002, 004, OOG, 007, 008, 009, 010, O1G and 017 did not discharge during rhu peuod. Outfnll u2U brit uor been <br />constructed yet; therefore, there is no discharge to enable chem,cal or roxicologcal resring to dare <br />Outfalls 001, 005, and 007 are beutg tested for Hardness ur addition to the required parunerc r. TLL n c~nuluuui~; <br />some internal sampling to further explain some issues that have previously been in question with the NPI)ES <br />requirements. A copy of these results is included in the submittal. <br />Quarterly Whole EfOuent Tonicity (WET) tests were conducted on Outfalls 001, a,td 005. Outfall 001 passed for <br />passed for C. Dubia, with "Concentrations with Statistically significant Difference in Lethality" reported at > 100%, <br />but failed for P. Promelas with the concentration reported at ]00%. Outfa11005 passed for C. Dubia with the <br />concentration reported at >100%, and passed for P. Promelas with the concentration also reported at >100%. <br />Copies of the CDPS WET Test Report Forms for thse tests are included with this submittal. No accelerated <br />testing will be perforated Eor Outfalls 00] as per the letter dated 4J13j98 addressed to Joe Shoemaker, TCC Erom <br />Cazla Lenlrey, Wa[er Quality Control Division. <br />ENSR Ecological and Toxicological services conducted sampling the week of October 4, 1999 beginning the aquatic <br />impairment study of Foidel Creek.
