We are also in receipt of the part of <br />local government approval and have determined that your applications are now <br />"complete" for purposes of initiating the time period For staff review. <br />Because you are under the compliance plan, the time constraints on the Staff <br />do not apply to any of your applications, but we have set Sune 23, or 24, <br />1977 as the tentative date for consideration by the Pained Land Reclamation <br />Board. <br />You should commence publication of a notice of filing of this application, <br />accordingly. Notice requirements can be found in Rule 3 of the Rules and <br />Regulations. T}ie staff is currently reviewing your application to determine <br />whether the items you have submitted are adequate, prior to consideration <br />by the Board. <br />If you have any questions concerning the material you have already submitted <br />or the additional information we might require, please feel free to call this <br />oFfice.
