Long <br />D,r,~ion Dueao~ <br />The Division has completed its initial adequacy review for your 112 Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit Application. The application was received on April 18, 2000 and called complete for technical <br />review on April 21, 2000. The decision date for your application is July 20, 2000. Please be advised that <br />if.you are unable to satisfactorily address any concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it <br />will be your responsibility to request an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues <br />that have not been adequately addressed before the end of the review period, and no extension has been <br />requested, the Division will deny this application. <br />The review consisted of comparing the submitted information with the specific requirements of Rule 6.4 <br />and 6.5 of the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for the <br />Extraction of Construction Materials. Any inadequacies are identified under the respective exhibit <br />heading along with suggested actions to correct these inadequacies. <br />6.4.1 EXHIBIT A- Legal Description <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.2 EXHIBIT B- Index Mao <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C- Pre-mining and Mining Plan Maps o(Affected Lands <br />The pre-mining or mining plan map is required to clearly show all adjoining surface landowners of record. <br />The map submitted with the application does not contain [his information and will need to be revised <br />accordingly. In addition, the application indicates 200 permitted acres and the area labeled on the map is <br />193.28 acres. Isthis difference the permitted versus affected acres? Please resolve this discrepancy. <br />This map is also required to show location and ownership of all permanent and man-made structures <br />within 200 fee[ of [he affected area.
