The project consists <br />of enlazgement and lining of the existing quarry excavation, and installation of inleUoutlet works. <br />We understand that civil engineering drawings and other project submittals, based in part on our <br />findings and recommendations, will be prepared by Jehn & Associates, Inc., for submission to the <br />Colorado -State Engineer's Office. Our work was performed in general accordance with <br />GROUND's Proposal No. 0205-0293, dated April 1, 2002. This fetter transmits a summary of <br />the work performed, our findings and recommendations.
