• SECTION 5.0 Topsoil Stockpile Locations
Section 4.9.2 of Trappers permit application requires that the Division be provided a map illustrating
proposed topsoil stockpile locations for the upcoming year and the actual location of stockpiles
constructed the previous year. The enclosed maps illustrate topsoil stockpile locations. The proposed
locations may exceed the actual number that are constructed. Topsoil pile locations and the number of
piles constructed is dependent on field conditions that are encountered during the construction season.
Additionally, two stockpiles will need to be relocated during the 1989 field season. A roadside stockpile
(approximately 31,900 bcys), located on the west s(de of Trappers S-curve, will be moved to
accommodate construction of the new Derringer pit haulroad. The stockpile will be relocatd to the north of
its current location where if may be used to topsoil recontoured spoils in Ashmore and Derringer pits.
The addRional topsoil stockpile (19,900 bcys) to be moved is located in Middle Pyeatt drainage. The
stockpile will be moved west to accommodate Ashmore pits 1989 stripping advance.
It is assumed that approval of this annual report includes approval to relocate the above mentioned topsoil
stockpiles.
•.,
~~
