Please specify how IRI will reclaim the different drill holes. <br />~ The operator is encouraged to review Rule 5.41 of the Rules and <br />Regulations pertaining to drill hole abandonment. <br />The Division would like to commend IRI and its consultants (Cliffs <br />Engineering, Inc. and Camp, Dresser & McKee) for the outstanding job that <br />has been done on this permit application. The Division plans to use the <br />same format (the "no problem" format) as with your earlier permit <br />application when recommending approval to the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board in mid December. <br />The "no problem" approval recommendation will be made with the following <br />stipulation, per a discussion between Mr. Martin Jones and myself. This <br />stipulation will not be imposed if the issue regarding location of <br />disposal of the waste streams is clarified prior to the Board's <br />consideration. <br />STIPULATION: <br />INDUSTRIAL RESOURCES INC. (IRI) IS IN THE PROCESS OF IDENTIFYING A <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SITE TO HANDLE IRI'S WASTE STREAM. PRIOK TO <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PILOT PLANT FACILITIES FOR THIS PERMIT <br />APPLICATION, IRI MUST IDENTIFY THE WASTE DISPOSAL SITE THAT WILL <br />ACCEPT WASTE STREAMS FROM THE IRI FACILITIES. <br />423 Centennial Building, 1313 ::herman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tel.
