Walther <br />Executive Director <br />Michael & Long <br />Division Director <br />Ru]e 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii)(B) allows for submittal of a letter identifying the State or Federal <br />government official with whom the reporting form was filed to meet NPDES permit requirements <br />and the date of filing. The Division of Minerals and Geology is aware that all CPDS point <br />source discharge locations have been reclaimed in conjunction with sediment pond removal. <br />Submittal of Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR) to meet the administrative requin~ments of <br />your CPDS permit is not necessary if the letter is submitted.
