I am <br />approving this request for the extensLOn. The original decision date on this new application was December 3, <br />1998. and is now set at Februan' I, 1999, as you requested. If you have atready published your legal notice. <br />the public comment period will not need to be extended nor will you have to republish. <br />I will contact Mr. Roger Smith duectly to schedule my inspection of the sites to be included in the permit <br />area. unless }'ou instruct me to do otherwise.
