(HGTp, please find enclosed the 1998 4th <br />Quarter Pond Inspection Reports for the Truck Loop Pond (OO1A) and the Rail Loop Pond <br />(002A) at HGTI's Hayden Gulch Loadout facility, Permit No. C-92-081. <br />Both pond inspection reports have been certified by a professional engineer. Re-seeding of <br />the Rail Loop Pond embankment was compleced during the quarter as discussed in the pond <br />inspection report. An as-built drawing of the pond will be submitted to the Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology (CDMG) in the near future. <br />Conditions were normal and no problems were observed. There were no observed <br />discharges Erom either pond during [he quarter. The quarterly discharge monitoring reports <br />will be sent to CDMG under separate cover.
