You are requesting an amendment to allow an annual production of
900,000 tons. This increase in production will result in an increase in consumption of 3 acre-
feetannually, from 23.52 acre-feet per year of water lost on product to 26.52 acre-feet. You
have provided revised Tables 3 and 5 demonstrating that the previously approved sources of
replacement water (Ramp-Bell Ditch credits and consumable water leased from the Pueblo
Board of Water Works) are sufficient to cover this increase in consumption.
This amendment to the September 29, 2003 plan approval is hereby approved. All other
conditions of the plan remain in effect. Should you have any questions, please contact Keith
Vander Horst of this office or Bdan Boughton, Augmentation Coordinator, in our Division 2 office
in Pueblo at (719) 542-3368.
Sincerely,
nneth W.
