• The enclosed SEDCAD run shows that the total runoff volume for the 100 year 24 hour event is
0.21 acre feet. The pond has been constructed to a volume of more than 0.5 acre feet,
therefore the pond is more than adequate to handle the inflow from a 100 year event. There are
no spillways and this small volume of water will dissipate by infiltration and evaporation. The
volume is smaller than that requiring input from the State Engineer's office.
