Pierce at the ti::e <br />of the death of .red E. Pierce. (At this ti:~e Tracts <br />III, IV and V were also geld in the same proportions.) <br />Fred E. Pierce died intestate and the decree of final <br />settlement and deternination of heirshio divided the <br />property in the estate or.e-half to Viola P!.
