To us the <br />docu,-:ient appears to be "c,ild" because at the time <br />it was granted, the Porter Fuel Co. owned none pf <br />the land described above. The doc•,:ment is hard <br />to read, but we cannot see where it would convey <br />after-acquired title. <br /> <br />C. An agreement appears of record dated <br />Dece:~ber 17, 1904, recorded in Bcek 104, Page <br />506 of the records of LaPlata County, Colorado <br />' for a reciprocal 50-foot right of c:ay which <br />appears to contain no termination date and has <br />a recital that it runs with the land and is bind- <br />ing upon the heirs and assigns of the parties. <br />This agreement gives reciprocal rights of access <br />bet:oeen the ;forth Half of the Northeast Quarter <br />and the South Half of the Southc•;est Quarter of <br />Section 21, and bet:veen the South Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter and the North Half of the <br />Northr:est Quarter of Section 21, ail in To:anshio <br />35 *Jorth, Range 10 t•'est, *J.:•S.P.P1. <br />D.
