Banta. <br />Division Director <br />We have received your application for a Mining & Reclamation Permit for your <br />surface mining operation in Pueblo County, Our initial review indicates that <br />all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, <br />G.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; thus your application has been <br />deemed complete on~Iugust 10, 1950, Ail comment and review time periods <br />initiate from this date. <br />The Minrad Land Reclamation Board will consider your application on <br />October 17, 1990. You should commence publication of a notice of the filing <br />of this application immediately (see enclosed notice format). You must also <br />mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights of <br />affected land and immediately aajacent land, You must provide proof of the <br />notice amd mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, to the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division before the date noted above. You must also <br />place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential items, <br />with the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder, Any subsequent changes or <br />additions to the copies on file in our office must also be made in this local <br />government copy. <br />THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE <br />TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW.
