• • • <br /> Orchard Mesa Agg <br /> 11/94 <br /> EXHIBIT "C" <br /> PRE-MINING AND MINING MAP <br /> The attached Pre-Mining and Mining Map shows the proposed gravel <br /> pit located south of Highway 50, east of 29 3/4 Road, and west of <br /> 30 3/4 Road (also known as the Orchard Mesa Landfill Access <br /> Road) ; surrounding lands and existing uses; haul routes; and <br /> major access routes. <br /> Immediately adjacent surface owners of record to the south are <br /> the Mesa County (Orchard Mesa) Landfill, and the Mesa County <br /> gravel pit. On all other surfaces, the owners of record in all <br /> directions are Charles and Sandra DuCray. <br /> The site is vacant of structures and serves as rangeland. The <br /> site lies atop a large mesa and adjoins Mesa County' s Orchard <br /> Mesa Landfill to the south. The Mesa County Road Department <br /> previously extracted gravel immediately to the east. Next to the <br /> site is the existing Orchard Mesa Aggregates gravel pit (to the <br /> north) .
