The NPDES reports have been prepared in
compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). No values exceeded the permit limitations and no problems were
noted with this report. Sediment pond reports find that all ponds are functioning as designed and as normal,
ponds 001 and 002 did not discharge for the quarter.
If you have any questions or are in need of any additional information, please write or call me at (303) 866-
3567.
Sincerely,
r"""-'~ 1
Harry B.Ranney
Environmental Protection pecialist
