<br />SMUGGLER MME SITE <br />~N ExHIBITF <br />EXHIa1T F <br />LIST OF OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED <br />Clean Water Act <br />As explained in Exhibit C, there will be no discharge of fluids from the site, therefore, no <br />discharge permit will be required. <br />Clean Air Act <br />If necessary, an air emissions permit will be applied for when and if an experimental assay <br />furnace is set up. <br />NRA License <br />Ores produced from the Smuggler Mine are not significantly radioactive, therefore, a <br />Radioactive Source Materials license will not be necessary.' <br />Sec. 404 Permit <br />There are no wetlands within the proposed permit boundary, therefore, a U.S. Army Corps <br />of Engineers' Section 404 permit will not be necessary. <br />Dam Permit <br />No dams or impoundments are proposed, therefore, a dam permit will not be required. <br />Well Permit <br />Water requu•ements at the mine are minimal. Depending on the results of the search for valid <br />water rights associated with the mine, application may be made for a well permit (or other water <br />rights) for use of the ground water deep in the mine. Until use of the ground water is validated or <br />approved, water will be obtained (without jeopardizing the water rights of any other entity) from off- <br />site and hauled to the mine. <br />Access Permit <br />Access to and from the Smuggler Mine site is via the Smuggler Mountain Road (County <br />~ The Smuggler Mine was studied and reported on in F.
