A plan for final <br />disposal of non-coal wastes in a designated disposal site will also be <br />submitted. <br />STATUS <br />Stipulation No. 12 was resolved as of July 19, 1982, and incorporated <br />into the permit. Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division accepted <br />response dated May 27, 1982 after clarification was made in response <br />dated July 8, 1982. <br />STIPULATION N0. 13 <br />Within one month of permit issuance, an operation description, a <br />sediment control plan, and a reclamation plan for the loadout will be <br />submitted to the Division and incorporated into the permit. <br />STATUS <br />Bear Coal agreed to submit information regarding the loadout facility to <br />• the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division. However, no loadout was <br />constructed. <br />STIPULATION N0. 14 <br />Within two months of permit issuance, the permittee will submit to the <br />Division an acceptable plan for snow removal and disposal, to insure <br />that snow and road surfacing material is disposed of in an appropriate <br />area, and does not interfere with surface drainage. <br />STATUS <br />Bear Coal agreed to deposit snow in designated areas as shown on the <br />Mine Facilities Map (Map 10). Response dated May 27, 1982. <br />STIPULATION N0. 15 <br />The Division directs Bear Coal Company to submit a subsidence monitoring <br />program for review and approval by the Division. This program shall <br />• include the installation of appropriate profile lines of permanent <br />monuments, capable of resisting normal traffic and meteorological <br />phenomena.
