Cattany <br />9ivision Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received RAG Empire Corporation's Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), for second <br />quarter 2003, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0034142, <br />on October 29, 2003. RAG-EC provided an electronically generated DMR for third quarter 2003. <br />None of the reported parameters were found to be outside of CPDS permit limits. June 2003 WET test <br />results for P. promelas for outfall 022X were below the accepted level, which resulted in a test failure. <br />RAG-EC was conducted accelerated testing by CDPH&E. RAG-EC conducted accelerated WET <br />testing the week of July 14, 2003. two consecutive accelerated test results were not acutely toxic top. <br />promelas.
