Page 4 <br />• EXHIBIT C - Mining pla <br />1. Dates of Mining, beginning and end. <br />Beginning on or about July 1991, ending June 1996 <br />2. Description of depth of top soil ~ Now stored. <br />Topsoil depth varies from 1" to 6" in affected area. The <br />topsoil that can be removed will be stockpiled as shown <br />on Exhibit E - Map <br />3. Description of overburden <br />Qverburden varies from 0" - 3 Ft. thick. <br />4. Thickness of gravel layer. <br />Thickness varies from 5 Ft. to 20 Ft. <br />5. Description of roads to & from pit - Show on map - Ex E <br />Access to affected area will be on county roads in the <br />immedicate area. See Exhibit E - Map <br />6. Show disturbance to land surface. <br />Mining operation will be North to South <br />7. Show dimensions of existing and proposed roads that <br />will be used. Kit Carson County will construct a new haul road in <br />to pit area. Dimensions as follow 8' X 300'. Length will vary as pit <br />progresses southward. County will reclaim haul road at completion of <br />pit operation. <br />S. Specify how much water will be used, if any. <br />None <br />9. Describe any ground water and/or the affect. <br />None <br />10. Describe if will comply with Colorado Water Laws. <br />No surface or subsurface water rights will be affected by <br />the pit operation <br />11.
