Measures to minimize disturbance to the hydrologic balance, prevent off-site drainage and <br />provide for a stable configuration of the reclaimed area consistent with the proposed future <br />land use. <br />The hydrologic balance issue has been addressed in the items immediately above. The reclamation <br />plan is designed to prevent off-site drainage into Hazdscrabble Creek. The owner desires [o reclaim <br />the site so it fits in with his surrounding ranch land and grazing property. <br />m. Specify whether the deposit/ore will be processed on site. <br />As stated earlier in this application, it is anticipated that a portable crushing and screening plant will <br />be moved on site as business demand dictates. The portable processing equipment will be located <br />near the working face. Therefore, no permanent location for the equipment will be delineated on the <br />map. <br />n. Identify the primary and secondary commodities to be mined/extracted and describe the <br />intended use. <br />The only materials to be mined are sand and gravel. There are no secondary commodities involved. <br />The material will be used for construction aggregates on projects in the area. <br />o. Name and describe the intended use of all expected incidental products to be <br />mined/extracted by the proposed operation. <br />As stated in "n" above, there are no incidental or secondary commodities to be mined from this site. <br />Sand and gravel are the only products that are present and will be used as various construction <br />aggregates. <br />C-3 <br />
