Dear Allen,
This letter is iu respunse to your memo to Gregg Squire dated May 24, 2002 regarding the
desists materials for the 25's Ave. Slurry Wall Project submitted to you on May 13, 2002.
The City of (rteeley commits to providutg the Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG)
with any substantive changes to the designs, specifications, or quality control plan
presented in the May 13, 2002 materials that would require a technical revision or
amendment to the mining permit the City is requesting from DMG. Greeley understands
that the DMG must review and approve these changes prior to implementation. Greeley
will also send a copy of the quality wntrol tests and the results of the 90-liner test as
described in the May 13, 2002 materials to the DMG as part of the annual report for this
permit.
