State Tentative Determination: State tentative determinations have been made in <br />conjunction with the U.S. EPA that limitations and conditions imposed in these <br />permits Implement all applicable statutes and regulation:; and water quality <br />standards. <br />Public Meetings: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)(b), by March 2, 1991, interested <br />persons may submit a written request for a public meeting on the tentative <br />determination. The Division, after considering all requ~asts, may grant a <br />public meeting for good cause shown. It will be held within sixty (60) days <br />of the date of public notice. <br />Public Comments: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)Cc) interested persons may submit <br />written comments on the tentative determination provided they are received by <br />the Division by March 2, 1991. All comments received prior to said date will <br />be considered in the formulation of final conditions and limitations. If a <br />public meeting is held, the public comment period shall close sixty (60) days <br />following the public notice. <br />Requests for public meeting and public comments may be directed to the <br />Colorado Department of Health, Water Quality Control Division, Permits and <br />Enforcement Section, 4210 East 11th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80220. <br />Following the public comment period and the public meeting, if one is held, <br />the Department will issue or deny the final permit. Interested parties then <br />have thirty (30) days to request an adjudicatory hearing on the permit. <br />Further Information: The draft permit is available for inspection at your <br />County Commissioner's Office and County Health Department, or can be obtained <br />by writing to the Division at the above address and paying a small charge per <br />page for copying fees. Interested parties may also contact the Water Quality <br />Control Division's District Engineer for the district in which the discharge <br />is located. <br />Material Injury to Water Rights: In accordance with C.R.S. 25-8-104 (2) (d) <br />1989 any person who believes that any actions proposed in this notice have <br />the potential to cause material injury to a water right is advised to contact <br />the Division, in writing by March 2, 1991.
