In conformance with Rule 6.4.10, the applicant will need to supply the results of any <br />wetlands surveys conducted throughout the 1239.40 acre site. <br />6.4.13 EXHIBIT M -Other Permits & Licenses <br />11. The applicant indicates in Exhibit G, page 19 that a temporary substitute supply plan and/or <br />augmentation plan as well as other permits may be required by the Office of the State Engineer <br />(OSE). In the absence of such approvals prior [he Division decision date, the applicant may elect <br />to commit to no exposure of groundwater at [he site until all necessary permits and approvals <br />have been secured by the OSE. The applicant indicates in Exhibit G, page 19 that there may be minor wetlands or <br />jurisdictional wetlands on site that may be mined through and that the necessary approvals from <br />the Corps of Engineers will be obtained prior to mining in such azeas. In [he event that any <br />jurisdictional wetlands aze noted in Exhibit J -Vegetation Information, the applicant may be <br />required to obtain a 404 Permit prior to mining in such azeas. Any required U.S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers permits may be incorporated into the DMG mining and reclamation permit, via <br />technical revision, following review and approval from the Corps of Engineers. <br />
