The site is in parts of section 1 & 2. <br />Township 2 North, range 68 West. <br />No Reclamation Plan was provided with this application. it is noted that this land lies within '/~ <br />mile south of the St. Vain Creek. The Last Chance Irrigation Ditch flows adjacent to the proposed <br />mine to the north ,and crosses into the proposed mine azea on the east side. The Rural Irrigation <br />Ditch flows through most of the proposed mined area. <br />The soils on the property are Aquolls & Aquents, Heldt silty day, a~ Vona sandy loam Please <br />note that the Heldt ,silty clay soil, mapping unit 27, is rated as "Prune where irrigated".
