When this occurs, the permittce shall so indicate in cover letters to the <br />appropriate Discharge Monitoring Reports. , <br />** WET Testing is waived for the first calendar quartets and may be waived for the fourth quarters if inaccessibility is <br />demonstrated. See Winter Monitoring Exemption above. <br />d. Oil and Grease Monitorine <br />CJ <br />For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil shcen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample <br />shall be collec[ed, analyuA, and reported on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken <br />immediazely to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be <br />included with the DMR. <br />e.
