Compliance With Terms and Conditions of Previous Permit <br />1. Effluent Limitations: The data shown in the preceding tables indicate apparent violations of the permit. <br />a) One TSS exceedence from outfall 003 was the result of surface runoff Samples before and after this sample <br />were well below the effluent limitations. <br />b} One failure of the chronic WET test for both the Ceriodaohnia and the Pimeoha[es species for outfall 004 and <br />one failure of the chronic WET test for the Ceriodaohrtia sp, only for outfall 008 occurred. Subsequem testing <br />did not indicate failures. <br />c) One failure of the acute WET test for [he Ceriodaohnia sp. for outfatt 005 occurred. Accelerated testing did not <br />indicate a pattern of toxicity. <br />2. Ocher Permit Requirements: The permittee has been in apparent compliance with al[ other terms and conditions of <br />the permit. <br />Vl. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PERMIT <br />J4. DeterminationojEff~uentLimitations <br />/. Effluent Limitations: In developing suitable effuem limitations, the Division must review all applicable standards <br />and regulations and apply those which are more stringent. This review includes, but is nor limited to: the water <br />quality standard based effluent limimtions, federal guidelines and standards (40 CFR Subchapter N) and State <br />Effluent Regulations (10.1.0). Such a review has been done for this facility. The following limitations will apply. <br />The basis for these limitations is discussed in Sections VI.A.2 and VI.A.3. <br />
