(page 14), regarding the sample <br />type for chronic WET testing. This was changed to 3 grabs per test in 1994 via amendment number / to the <br />previous permit but not carried over in the current renewal perniit. This is being corrected in this amendment. <br />Winter MonitorinP Exemption: The previous monitoring ecemp(ion allowed monthly monitoring in lieu of <br />weekly mo,~itoring jot pH, oil & grease and)iow during the period from November through February dtte ro <br />adverse weather conditions. The perntittee asked that this exemption be extended to outfal/s 014, Oli. 016 and <br />017.
