Pebli health a^d Scfety <br />All mining operations have the potential to pose a th:•ea: to <br />public health and safety due to the presence of heavy <br />equipment. <br />At the Energy Fuels mines, several measures liav_ been tai:,en <br />to prevent any interference with public facilities in the <br />area. These include: (1) All mine haulage roads that cross <br />public road rays are adequately marked with appropriate <br />signs. (2) Warring signs are posted at all access points <br />to the mine areas. (3) All Energy Fuels properties in a^d <br />• around the mining area are posted and closed to public <br />access. <br />With respect to the safety of the mine workers, Energy F~~e1s <br />has a vigorous safety and training prograa to ensure a safe <br />working atmosphere for all employees, All requirements of <br />OSHA as well as state requirements are complied with. <br />H.
